Sutton open its first location in British Columbia, and has been Canadian owned and operated since 1983. At Sutton, realtors are proud to tell their clients that the maple leaf is part of our brand.

Founded by Ann Hannah [TRREB President 2012/2013], Sutton Old Mill opened its doors in October 1989, quickly becoming a well known and reputable real estate brokerage in the Kingsway-Old Mill.

In 1995, Sutton was the first real estate company to have a franchise website and give its realtors free email and a personal webpage. In 2000, Sutton unveiled the Sutton Mastercard - the first real estate company with a branded credit card.
