At Sutton Old Mill, all new sales representatives complete our ‘fundamentals’ training program.  Each session covers a fundamental tool for everyday success.  Sessions include business planning, listing presentations + comparative market analyses, buyer presentations, offer presentations and drafting offers with proper conditions.  With a solid foundation of knowledge, you’ll be confident and prepared for your new listings and buyers.
